Trails for the cross-country skiing are located 100 meters from the accommodation. It offers high mountain tours with wonderful scenery all around the High Tatras. Hiking trails are opened also in winter, but only to chalets (not summits and cols as in summer).

In this area is found a great variety of ski slopes. Slopes with the easy skiing difficulty are located in Starý Smokovec – Jakubková lúka, Lučivná and Spišské Bystré. All kinds of ski slopes are found in the ski resorts in Lopušná dolina, Štrbské Pleso, Tatranská Lomnica and Hrebienok.
